​The Loaded CupCakes is a family oriented business started by two friends, Kelley and Paula, five years ago. Mika our kitchen chemist has been developing new flavour profiles to enjoy an explosion of sweetness. We specialize in creating unique and delicious cakes, cookies, bars, tarts and other sweet treats. Any Time Breakfast - Dessert

Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day if I had to choose! Although, I believe you could have breakfast food any time of the day or night! 

 I love to make Fresh Blueberry Phyllo Pies with ricotta cheese or cream cheese filling. This sweet treat is best when you are able to pick fresh blueberries during the summer time. 

 The latest Gastropost mission is 'Summer Indulgences' so, these pies are a special summer indulgences for my family. I love to make these with raspberries, strawberries, cherries or bananas too. They are great for breakfast or as a dessert.
